11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hubvane will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Termination
